No returns for custom orders

Because every garment is made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds due to change of mind, preference, or sizing errors.

We strongly recommend reviewing our size guide carefully before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit.
Accepted returns and refunds
We only accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

The product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

In such cases, the customer must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, providing photographic evidence as proof.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
